Welcome to My Nomad Space (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
My Nomad Space is a subscription-based platform offering access to highly-reviewed remote work-friendly accommodations, with verified Wi-Fi speeds provided, and community features for remote workers who travel. By subscribing, you accept the following terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Company Information
My Nomad Space is an online-only business based in the United Kingdom. We do not operate from a physical office. All activities are conducted online through our website.
3. User Obligations
When creating an account, users are required to provide accurate personal details including their name, email address and a secure password. Users must also complete payment through PayPal or Stripe and actively agree to these Terms & Conditions by ticking a checkbox during registration. This checkbox also confirms that they acknowledge the subscription is non-refundable.
Users are prohibited from misusing the platform, including but not limited to reproducing, copying or distributing our content for personal or commercial gain. Additionally, users must conduct themselves respectfully in community platforms. Offensive, inappropriate or harmful behaviour such as bullying, hate speech, harassment or discriminatory language will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account.
4. Payment Terms
The initial subscription to My Nomad Space is priced at £14.99 annually, which we refer to as our initial lifetime annual rate. This price is only offered to the first 100 subscribers. Once the platform has grown further, the standard annual rate will be £29.99 per year. This subscription renews automatically. Before your subscription expires, we will send you an email reminder. If you do not wish to continue with your account, please contact us, and we will ensure that your account does not renew.
All subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you decide you no longer wish to use the service, you may request that your account and personal data be deleted. In this instance, you will no longer be able to access the remaining time on your annual subscription, if there is any time left on it.
If you need to change your payment details, this is only possible for members who pay with a debit or credit card. Card details can be changed within your My Nomad Space account at any time.
5. Access and Usage Rights
Subscribing to My Nomad Space grants you full access to our digital platform, including the interactive map, filters, accommodation listings, the community features and any other subscriber-only content we provide.
Accounts are for individual use only. You are not permitted to share your account details with others, nor may you use the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of another entity. Any misuse may result in termination of access.
6. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions. All personal data provided to us is handled responsibly and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services. We do not collect or store payment information. All payments are securely processed through PayPal or Stripe, which operate under their own privacy and security policies.

7. Community and Newsletter
By using the community features, such as our dedicated WhatAapp group, you agree to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any form of inappropriate content, including but not limited to swearing, racism, bullying, harassment or spamming, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts and suspend or terminate user accounts if these rules are violated.
Subscribers will receive email communications from us, including renewal reminders. Promotional content will only be shared via our newsletter, which is a part of the subscription. If you do not wish to receive email communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the email.
8. Termination or Suspension of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:
– If you violate any part of these Terms & Conditions
– If you abuse the community features
– If you share or republish our content without permission
– If you engage in fraudulent behaviour or non-payment
If you cancel your subscription before it expires, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current annual billing period. No refunds will be issued for early cancellations.
9. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
My Nomad Space provides access to listings of accommodations that are promoted as remote work-friendly, including verified Wi-Fi speeds and location details. While we aim to ensure the accuracy of all information, we cannot guarantee the reliability, availability or quality of any accommodation or third-party service.
We act as an information aggregator and do not operate or control the properties listed. Any issues related to accommodation, internet connectivity or customer service must be resolved directly with the property provider. We are not responsible for any damages, losses or inconvenience resulting from third-party services.
While we strive to maintain constant access to our platform, we are not liable for any temporary downtime, technical disruptions or loss of service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the current annual term. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost income or business interruption.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using the platform, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts, even if you are located outside the United Kingdom.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or business practices. Any significant changes will be communicated on our website. We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services, or by not raising an objection within seven days of the changes being published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms & Conditions.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and layout, is the intellectual property of My Nomad Space or its content suppliers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Our platform contains links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by My Nomad Space. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services, and your interactions with them are solely at your own risk.
