1. Introduction

Welcome to My Nomad Space (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

My Nomad Space is a community-led directory providing remote professionals access to highly reviewed remote work-friendly accommodations, with verified download and upload Wi-Fi speeds provided. When subscribing, you will be presented with a check box to accept the following terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Company information

My Nomad Space is an online-only business. We do not operate from a physical office. All activities are conducted online through our website. My Nomad Space first launched in October 2025 after several months of research, planning and building.

3. User obligations

When creating an account, users are required to provide personal details including their name, email address and a secure password. Users must also actively agree to these Terms & Conditions by ticking a checkbox during registration.

Users are prohibited from misusing the platform, including but not limited to reproducing, copying or distributing our content for personal or commercial gain. Additionally, users must conduct themselves respectfully. Offensive, inappropriate or harmful behaviour such as hate speech or discriminatory language will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account.

4. Payment terms

The My Nomad Space membership is completely free. 

5. Access and usage rights

Accounts are for individual use only. You are not permitted to share your account details with others, nor may you use the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of another entity. Any misuse may result in termination of your membership.

6. Data privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions. All personal data provided to us is handled responsibly and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services. 7. Community

By using the community features, such as our dedicated Facebook group, which is coming soon, you agree to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any form of inappropriate content, including but not limited to swearing, racism, bullying, harassment or spamming, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts and suspend or terminate user accounts if these rules are violated.

Subscribers will receive email communications from us about their account after subscribing to the platform. We will not send promotional material via email unless you have signed up directly through, for example, a promotional campaign on social media. In this instance, you will have the option to unsubscribe in the emails sent.

8. Termination or suspension of account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances: If you violate any part of these Terms & Conditions, if you abuse the community features, or if you share or republish our content without permission.

9. Account security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

My Nomad Space provides access to listings of highly reviewed accommodations that are deemed as remote work-friendly, including verified download and upload Wi-Fi speeds and location details. While we aim to ensure the accuracy of all information, we cannot guarantee the reliability, availability or quality of any accommodation or third-party service.

We act as an information aggregator and do not operate or control the properties listed. Any issues related to accommodation, internet connectivity or customer service must be resolved directly with the property provider or booking provider. We are not responsible for any damages, losses or inconvenience resulting from third-party services.

While we strive to maintain constant access to our platform, we are not liable for any temporary downtime, technical disruptions or loss of service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost income or business interruption.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using the platform, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts, even if you are located outside the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or business practices. Any significant changes will be communicated on our website. We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services, or by not raising an objection within seven days of the changes being published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms & Conditions.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and layout, is the intellectual property of My Nomad Space or its content suppliers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Our platform contains links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by My Nomad Space. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services, and your interactions with them are solely at your own risk.
