1. Subscription Details

Our subscription is available as a single annual plan, with no additional tiers or hidden features.

Introductory pricing: A £14.99 annual lifetime rate for the first 100 subscribers. Standard pricing: £29.99 a year once the platform has expanded further. We will communicate once this is active. This is a yearly subscription, with no monthly payment option. We do not offer a free trial at this time.

Your subscription includes:

All features are included as part of the one subscription plan. There are no gated or premium-only features.

2. Discounts

We offer one discount: if you submit a space and we verify its Wi-Fi speed and quality, you’ll receive one free month of subscription. We do not currently offer other promotional pricing. This does not apply to the initial lifetime annual rate.

3. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed annually. By default, auto-renewal is turned on. Users will receive an email reminder before their subscription expires. If you wish to continue using My Nomad Space, your annual fee will be automatically charged to the account you used to sign up. To cancel your renewal, please contact us, and we will make sure your account does not renew.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team. However, please note that subscriptions are non-refundable, and cancellations do not result in any partial refunds if you have time remaining.

4. Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe).

5. Invoices & Receipts

Email confirmations are sent after each payment. While we do not currently offer downloadable PDF invoices, all users will receive an electronic receipt.

6. Account & Billing Management

Users can manage billing details from their account dashboard. This includes:

7. Security & Compliance

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers: PayPal and Stripe. We do not store any payment information ourselves. Our platform is compliant with GDPR and other data protection regulations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Legal & Policy

We maintain up-to-date Terms & Conditions, a Privacy Policy, and a Cookie Policy on our website. These documents cover all necessary legal, billing and data use policies.
