My Nomad Space is a platform designed for individuals who work and travel or travel for work, such as digital nomads, workcationers and business travellers. We ultimately connect travelling professionals with highly reviewed accommodation options that have been vetted for work-friendly amenities, including verified Wi-Fi speeds.

Anyone is welcome to join My Nomad Space. However, the platform is primarily designed for location-independent professionals, such as digital nomads and workcation travellers.

To access our accommodation listings and community features, you’ll need to sign up. However, you can still explore our articles and parts of our destination pages without subscribing.

My Nomad Space was born out of a series of frustrating experiences while travelling as digital nomads. And when we couldn’t find a platform that truly provided what we envisioned – listing only top-reviewed accommodations, verified Wi-Fi speeds and a community where remote workers could connect and share trusted advice – we decided to build one ourselves.

Not yet, but we hope to create an app once the platform has developed further. It is certainly one of our future goals.

Accommodation & Listings

We verify listings by cross-checking popular booking platforms and review websites for consistently high ratings. We then analyse guest feedback – or visit ourselves – to confirm work-friendly features, solid and reliable Wi-Fi and overall satisfaction. Most importantly, we obtain Wi-Fi speeds through multiple methods, including reviewing platform data, communicating with hosts or property owners and direct internet testing. If it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t make the list.

We aggregate data from a range of popular booking websites, including Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb. We also analyse review platforms such as Google Reviews and Tripadvisor. In the future, we’d like to expand to websites like Flatio, once listings there have more consistent reviews. Trusted, highly rated accommodation is always our top priority.

We visit spaces whenever possible and will clearly indicate in our listings if we’ve personally visited the location.

Accommodation listings are only accessible to subscribers, but there are numerous ways to search. You can start by entering a city on our homepage, then explore listings via the interactive map or by applying filters to refine your search by clicking the link underneath the map.

Yes, you can. If you recently stayed at a space you think will be perfect for our platform, then you can fill out the form here. You don’t need to be a subscriber to submit a listing. If the space passes our checks, we’ll credit you on the platform for the great find and also give you a free month of access as a thank you.

To maintain a high standard of quality, we review all listings every six months to ensure they still meet our criteria and remain worthy of being on the platform.

We determine highly reviewed accommodation in several ways. First, we look for consistently strong ratings across major platforms, for example, an 8+ rating on Booking.com, 4+ on Airbnb and a 4+ rating on Google Reviews. We also assess the content of the reviews themselves. If feedback is mixed on Wi-Fi satisfaction, for instance, then we won’t list the property.

We’re not a booking platform, so you won’t be able to book accommodations directly through us. However, each listing includes one or more links to trusted booking platforms, or in some cases, direct booking options, making it easy for you to complete your reservation.

All of the listings added to My Nomad Space include both download and upload speeds.

Yes. When you open the search bar with the interactive map and filters from a destination page, you can choose from a range of options, including accommodation types, local nightly rates and available amenities.

The Local Nightly Price Tier reflects accommodation pricing in specific destinations, as prices vary by location. Please note that the displayed tier is based on the lowest-priced room; your selected room type may differ.

Subscription & Pricing

We offer a single subscription tier – the My Nomad Space subscription – which unlocks access to everything our platform has to offer.

Our lifetime annual rate offer is an exclusive introductory rate available to our first 100 subscribers. Since the platform is still in its early stages, we felt this introductory rate was a fair way to welcome our first members.

When you sign up for My Nomad Space, you unlock a wide range of benefits, including unlimited access to highly rated spaces worldwide with verified Wi-Fi speeds, access to our community features, a bi-weekly newsletter and much more.

All My Nomad Space subscriptions are non-refundable. During sign-up, you’ll be required to tick a box confirming that you understand and accept this policy, ensuring clarity from the very start.

You can pay for a My Nomad Space subscription using PayPal or with a debit or credit card, including Visa and Mastercard. We plan to introduce additional payment options as the platform grows.

Our My Nomad Space subscription is billed annually from the date of your initial purchase. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. If you don’t want your subscription to be renewed, then you will need to contact us directly to cancel.

Yes, it is possible if you pay with a debit or credit card, which is processed securely through Stripe. You will be able to change your payment details at any time within your account.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy and data security seriously. For example, our platform uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We host our services on secure infrastructure and implement strong protection and access controls to keep your data safe.

We collect basic information like your name, email and username when you subscribe, and payment details are securely handled via PayPal or Stripe. We don’t store or have access to your credit card or bank information. We also gather some additional information through web forms and use cookies – including Google Analytics – to improve your experience and site performance.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties. However, we do share necessary details with trusted providers like PayPal or Stripe to securely process your payments.
