Placencia is served by Placencia Airport (PLJ), with domestic flights from Belize City taking 20–30 minutes. You can also reach Placencia from Belize International Airport (BZE) by shuttle, taxi, or bus.
There is no train service in Belize.
Buses operate from the Placencia Village Bus Stop near the main pier, offering routes to Independence/Mango Creek, Dangriga and onward connections to Belize City.
